We aim to dispatch stock items within 24 hours of purchasing. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days and next day is 1-2 working days. Confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to the email address provided upon purchase, next day delivery service includes tracking. Some items of pottery and bespoke furniture have a 2-8 week lead time. Please see the details section of the product for more infomation.

Our bespoke furniture service works directly with the client. The design process starts with a concept, sketch or photograph. The project will naturally develop into a 3D CAD drawing for the client to visually assess, understand the scale and advise alterations. Once finalised we require a 50% deposit and will dispatch your product within 2-6 weeks. Most of our furniture is made to order which allows us to give flexibility to our clients when it comes to size and finish. If you need to specify alternative dimensions to fit a specific space or you'd like a verison of one of our products in a different material or colour please get in touch.

We don't advise putting the pots in the dishwasher or microwave.
